National Merit Scholars 2024 List. On tuesday, the national merit scholarship corporation announced this year’s national merit $2500 scholarship winners. Today, national merit scholarship corporation officials announced the names of more than 16,000 semifinalists in the 70th annual national merit scholarship program.
In 2024, about 130 corporations, company foundations, and businesses sponsored scholarships through the national merit program as part of their educational philanthropy. The 2,500 merit scholar designees were chosen from a talent pool of more than 15,000 finalists in the 2024 national merit scholarship program.
